Changes at The WISC

The WISC: Changes are underway at the popular club, including a new turf field and basketball court.

As the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex expands, a few policy changes have been announced for members.

An all-inclusive facility membership has been introduced for the first time, which includes unlimited access to WISC’s sport programs and fitness center, as well as discounts for training and instruction in a variety of sports.

The WISC expansion also affords the opportunity to provide child care, a pre-school program and a kids lounge and homework room for members.

Two things are being discontinued in 2009 – makeup classes, because the facility’s growth makes scheduling them impossible, and month-to-month fitness membership. Membership dues can still be paid on a monthly installment, but a yearly commitment is required.

WISC has grown rapidly since opening its doors on Warhill Trail in 2000.
